Intent OS Privacy Policy

Last updated: 11 October 2026.

1. Scope and data

This policy applies to the Intent OS website, Telegram bot, and app. We process information you provide directly or through an assistant you choose: your Telegram ID and name, username and selected contact details, professional information, profile, current goals and preferences, text and voice messages, your introduction decisions, and interaction outcomes. We also process consent records, service activity, connection and security data, and, if you connect an external agent, connection details and drafts it prepares. Do not provide another person's information without a valid basis or include sensitive data such as information about health, beliefs, or private life.

2. Purposes and grounds

We use data to create and maintain your account, prepare your profile and goals, suggest potentially useful professional introductions, deliver notifications, carry out your decisions about sharing contact details, respond to requests, and protect the service. We process data to provide the features you choose and follow your settings. We ask for separate consent for publishing a profile and other optional features. We may also process data to protect the service and meet legal requirements. Providing account information is voluntary, but some features will not work without the information they need. We do not send marketing messages without separate consent.

3. Processing with AI

For voice transcription, processing your messages, and suggesting possible introductions, we send the AI provider only the information needed for that feature. Recommendations are advisory: you decide whether to publish information or accept an introduction. A separately connected agent may process conversation content in a persistent session with its provider until you reset or disconnect it. Intent OS does not automatically access all files or conversations held by your personal AI assistant. Contact details for introductions are not included in model requests. Do not use voice input or an agent if you do not want the relevant content sent to an AI provider.

4. Publication and sharing with other members

Your profile stays private unless you separately enable the “Public page” setting. This allows us to show the general public your display name, About description, published Looking for and Can offer information, and visible topic tags. The page is available by link, may appear in the directory, and may be indexed by search engines. Each goal has its own search permission; a new goal that clearly seeks people may have it enabled when created. Matching requires a public page, an active unexpired goal, and the existing eligibility checks. You can turn off the page or search for a goal. Your introduction contact is not published on the page and is shared with a specific member only after mutual interest and your consent. Turning off the public page closes its Intent OS URL and stops future matching. Copies held by recipients and search-engine caches may remain outside our control.

5. Recipients and access within the service

Information needed for the features you choose is shared with Telegram, OpenAI, and our cloud infrastructure provider. An authorized operator may review every created match, separate searches that did not produce a pair, their stages, delivery statuses, and the cards actually sent while their text is retained, to keep the service reliable and respond to requests. After the text is deleted, the registry shows it as unavailable. Views of these details are logged; member contact details are not shown in this registry. We do not create a complete archive of user requests for analytics. Providers process information as part of the services they supply.

6. Retention and deletion

Your profile, goals, consent history, and decisions are kept until you delete your account. Unconfirmed drafts are kept for up to 7 days; queued messages are kept for no more than 14 days; and the content of individual introduction messages is cleared or anonymized after 90 days. When you delete your account, associated data is deleted from the active database or anonymized. A message already delivered or contact details already shared cannot be removed from the recipient's device. Telegram, OpenAI, and other providers process data under their own rules.

7. Your rights

In the app, you can correct information, pause goals, turn off publication, export your data, and delete your account. To request access, correction, restriction or cessation of processing, withdraw consent, or make another data request, contact Chief of Intentos on Telegram. We may verify that the account belongs to you.

8. Security, age, and changes

We use organizational and technical safeguards, limit access to data, and protect connections. The service is intended for people aged 18 and over. If the purposes or material terms of processing change, we will update this policy and request new consent when required. The current version date appears at the top of this page.
