A suggestion in Intent OS is a hypothesis about why two people might benefit from a conversation. It is not a statement that they have agreed to meet. Both participants must express interest in the particular introduction before the agreed contact details can open.

Two independent decisions

One person can be interested while the other is unavailable, uncertain or simply not interested. An unanswered suggestion does not grant permission to release the second person's contact. A public profile view also creates no mutual agreement. Avoid treating silence as acceptance.

The useful question is not only whether two profiles share keywords. It is whether the current goals, contribution and constraints give both people a concrete reason to talk. An AI-generated explanation may help assess that possibility, but cannot know an unconfirmed intention or make the other person's decision.

After the introduction

Opening a contact is a step toward a conversation, not proof that a conversation or business outcome happened. Agree on a small next step and confirm any commitments directly. The service does not guarantee a client, job or transaction.
